On the occasion of the Torino Smart Festival 2012 “Visible Cities”, organised at the Lingotto Fiere, the project “Feeding on Landscape“ has been discussed, which is the approaching event to the “Torino 2016 IFLA Word Congress”. During the technical discussion sessions, Maurizio Ori and Francesca Neonato, vice-presidents of AIAPP Lombardy, presented a report on “Quality Landscapes: a tool for active protection”, which summarised two urgent and deeply connected issues, such as the food emergency and the need for beauty, addressed in the Protocol signed between AIAPP and Slow Food.
